EDIT :

After dial plan : [x*][x*].
I can make calls (0032......) BUT NOT TO Voxalot IDS (xxxxxx) neither voicemail, neither EchoTEst.
I CAN't RECEIVE ANY CALLS.

Any Idea ?

OK. Kept [x*][x*]. and resolved the NAT issue...
Everything is working fine now. And I can receive call !!! yeah !!!
