All we can do is ask the question. As their customers I am guessing you probably have more of an influence than we do, however we will attempt to make contact.
Edit: I am curious if they consistently enforce this business rule. For example, are they blocking fring.com as well? I would be surprised if that was the case......

fring Forums - Questions, Answer, Comments and News I would be interested to know if this is an across the board "security rule" or if simply Voxalot was "singled out".....
