    Hi martin,
    I have 2 accounts 519146 permium and 592044 free. Both accounts are registered to EU server. I can call *010592044 and it works but when I dial *010519146 I get error 401 unauthorised.
    In permimum account 519146 one VSP is registered.

    Can you check why I can't call *010519146.

    I think I can use virtual toll free call, but today, I found "call blocked!"
    what's the matter with my ID?
    I use voxalot just for switch the call,
    is this wrong way to use voxalot?
    I use voxalot's virtual toll free function to reach my goal.
    it should be the normal way to use voxalot, i think!

    the webcallback function have been call blocked too.
    what's the wrong! why should I buy this voxalot premium id?


    I want to get a solution about my issue. how to do may I? please tell me.
    I don't want waste my money for this premium voxalot ID.

    The website will not allow me to edit the call forwarding. A Browser problem? There is nothing to click on on and I tried both Explorer and Firefox. I really want to market this in the States, where people buy you service and forward to others using DIDs and at Wholesale rates.

    I do not have a solution to my issue and I would be glad to further test the problem I am facing with. Please see my thread at http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...e-support.html. I have attached the 46xxsettings. txt that has all the parameters I can change/tune. If you have few minutes and advice me on some settings I would really appreciate that. Thank you in advance.
