Service down

I could not make calls with voxalot for the last 24 hours. All sipbroker access numbers is giving a busy signal. Any problems with the system?

One of the servers is down, but that won't affect your service if you can use the fail over method described HERE.

Thanks boatman. A small note on the site will be nice to be post it when all servers goes down. Not everybody has an fail over setting in place.

There is a Service Status link on the Voxalot home page. You may want to sign up for Email Updates and Status Notifications, just tick the appropriate box on the Member Details page in your Voxalot account.
