VoxPremium Subscription Renewals - No Extra Month

I subscribed to VoxPremium in July 2007, and I received a reminder to renew this week and I have paid. I have now read in the thread "VoxPremium Subscription Renewals – Rewarding the Early Adopters" that I should have received and extra month, or have I misunderstood?

Hi guys,

Based on your post here, I did a bit of digging, and there were indeed a few subscriptions that were missed in the initial extension.

If you have not renewed, I am working on extending your current subscription. If you have already renewed, I will extend your new one.

Just now,i received the second e-mail from Voxalot accounts to tell me to renew VoxPremium subscription within one day.

To avoid any interruptions, I think i should renew my VoxPremium subscription right now.

Please Voxalot not to forget my extra month.

I believe that I should have qualified for the extra month too. As I mentioned in another thread I have just paid my renewal in order not to lose all my settings, but I would like the month!

Could you please look into it for me?

When I received my reminder last week I renewed my VoxPremium account. Yesterday I received a reminder that I have only one day left to renew. I did not get the month extension, I have already paid the renewal. Can you check why I am still getting a reminder to renew.
