Web Call Back not working 20070217

I tried web call back using wap to initiate a call, it gave the tick, but no call eventuated.

Then I tried on the normal web browser with the same entry in my web call back phone book and it too got to the tick, but without a call being initiated.

I also tried manually entering the details and it didn't work either [without selecting a phone book entry].

I used the mobile callback ok last night (by accident; I just meant to check the list and pressed one inadvertently)

And it works a few moments ago, with Voipcheap for both legs (I wanted to check, after their problems yesterday)

Okay, perhaps my problem is that I am using the same voxalot number on two different servers... the normal au.voxalot.com and a test server. Unless the issue is just with the au.voxalot.com cluster.

Which cluster are you registered to?

I'm still on the us. one, intending to switch sometime to eu. (I live in UK)

I live in Italy and use eu.voxalot.com.
Web callback doesn't work.

We just tested callbacks on all 3 clusters and everything is fully functional. Please check your settings.

Tony reported problems with sipme in the callback. What provider you using?

Okay, there is one number that I can dial outside of web call back using FreeCall, but when I put it in web call back... for some reason it never rings -- however I can use SIPME in web call back it works fine. This is very weird indeed.

Perhaps there is some kind of link to ENUM as that number can be used to map to my voxalot account for SIP URI calls.

WAP and normal desktop access to web call back gives the same results.

I did have some other test calls that had no audio on one leg, but a quick retry was fine for those. It does seem that there is some problems with web call back which may or may not be related to load too by the look of it.

Edit: SIPME is fine for me ????

Sipphone
Voipbuster
Vivavox
Skypho
Terrasip
The problem is always the same: the first number rings and then nothing happens!!!
THE PHONE IS MUTE!!
