You can do this temporary solution till VoXaLot and the provider solve their incompatibility.

I've seen you struggle very hard in the last days to achive it. Here is the permalink to find your description directly:

I've seem in PBXes' forum that they have some handling problems with G729 (and I experienced them) so I suggest to all of you that decide to use this temporary solution to disable G729 from your ATA/softphone.
