A question about voice stream route using web callback?

hi, Voxalot

I know that VoXalot has 3 SIP proxy server(AU US EU),but i do not know where the RTP proxy server locate when i use web callback? and how many RTP proxy servers have been deployed by Voxalot?

I also wonder the relation between Voxalot SIP proxy server and RTP proxy server.
e.g. If my Voxalot ID has registered at SIP server us.voxalot.com, is it possible that my web callback voice stream(RTP) is exchanged at a Voxalot RTP server in AU?

I ask this question for improving my web callback voice quality.

The web callback feature uses the "Preferred Cluster" setting on the member details page to determine what server to initiate the callback from.
