As such the following providers cannot be used to correctly receive incoming calls (these are the known ones):

VoipMais
BroadVoice
megafone.hu
Oriunde.com

Please disable ENum lookup when just getting started with setting up Dial Plans to avoid confusion

While I can't register Sipgate, I can certainly make outbound calls via Sipgate - always could. I checked it a minute or so ago and it worked fine.
