Voicemail issue?

Hi,

Trying to find out if this is a problem with my ATA, or Voxalot...

Basically, my ATA forwards all calls to my primary number & voicemail when not answered or busy...however, recently, all my voicemails have been truncated at around 15-30 secs - mid way through the message.

Is Voxalot disconnecting people, or is there a Voicemail setting I need to change?

I've called myself and left a 30 sec message (which survived) although I did get a "click" at around 18 seconds. I called from a mobile to my PSTN line - all previous callers were calling from landlines, to the PSTN number.

Do you want calllogs/times when this happens?
