When some one tries to call me it goes to my pre recorded message/voice mail

I have some problem receiving calls and checking voice mail on x-lite version 3.0 build 47546

I tried calling my own number and instead ringing x-lite softphone it goes directly to voice mail/my prerecorded message to leave a voice mail.
when ever I dial *500 or *600 it says person you are calling is unavailable.

Also note that when ever I choose "register with domain and receive incoming calls" it says registration error but If I don't choose to register with domain and receiving incoming call" it registers and ready.
So in short I have to leave it unchecked.

under sip settings
I have put us.voxalot.com as domain and
us.voxalot.com:5060 as proxy

also dialing plan is #1\a\a.T;match=1;prestrip=2;

can you tell me what is wrong in my configuration?

The only thing I can suggest is to change the domain to just voxalot.com while leaving everything else the same.

Lastly check to see if VoXalot sees you as registered: http://voxalot.com/action/deviceRegistrations

I tried everything you suggested but still the same problem when ever I tick the check box which says "register with domain and receive incoming calls" it give 408 error request timed out...I tried voxalot.com instead us.voxalot.com

Do u think its because of I am using wireless router trendnet tew 432-brp?

yeah when I checked device registration it said "No devices actively registered with Voxalot" do u think this could be a problem?

Why it's not working is not very clear...

One last suggestion is to try something simpler to setup like Zoiper (http://www.zoiper.com/downloads/free..._Installer.exe) for example...

Thanks...and my setup is exactly as per configuration liink u sent...should I go to earlier version of x-lite like I said am currently using x-lite 3.0 41150 and I already tried advanced version x-lite 3.0 47546

Try re-installing the 3.0 version. I've seen this problem in the past and a re-install seemed to fix it.
